Shipping: Domestic and international orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. All shipments are insured.
Tax: Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within California.

Returns & Exchanges: Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted for credit.
- No product may be returned for credit after 30 days from the invoice date.
- Defective products will be replaced at no additional shipping cost.
- To receive credit for items not received or damaged in transit, please notify us promptly.
