SHIPMENTS: Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx Express Saver unless otherwise requested. International orders are shipped via DHL of FedEx.
PAYMENT: We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: For returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges are subject to the following: 1. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted for credit. 2. No product may be returned for credit after 30 days from date of invoice. 3. Defective products will be replaced with no freight charge. 4. To receive credit for merchandise which is either not received or damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately.
