Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

1. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. No product may be returned after 30 days from the invoice date.
3. Defective products will be replaced at no additional shipping cost.
4. Claims for items not received or damaged in transit must be reported promptly.
